Before I started working with Jamie I had never worked with a life coach before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was stuck in some patterns that weren't serving me both personally and professionally so I figured I'd take whatever help I could get. I was making over 6 figures working as a Finance Manager and I had achieved all the goals I had planned for myself. I was comfortable and had no complaints about life, but I felt a deep void in my soul. I woke up one day and thought to myself that there has to be more to life than this. We spend majority of our days working, and I wanted a job that would better the world, a job that would directly make a difference in people's lives. At one point in my life, I suffered with anxiety and depression due to work and personal relationship problems, and I ended up finding a coach. The experience transformed me from the inside out. I believe that we are all capable of achieving whatever we put our minds to, but life is messy. Throughout life, we become programmed with subconscious beliefs that limit our full potential. When I partner with my clients, we don't focus on the symptoms that are causing the block. We focus on the root cause of the block. Once the root cause is identified and worked through, the motivation and results come naturally because they have shifted their identity. I don't believe in just putting together a plan, working towards a goal, and accountability, although that is important. I believe in a more holistic and sustainable coaching approach that focuses on the transformation of the client's identity.
