I've been working with Dr Ally for little over 6 months. Since working with her, I've made many positive changes in myself and my life. Her way of questioning makes you reflect deeply into your thoughtprocess and your actions. From this reflection, she teases out our own inner voice, which can be helping or hurting us. With her coaching, I've been able to overcome my own destructive inner voice that have been hindering my growth. In these last few months, the growth I've taken has been recognized by not only me but others around me. I've taken great strides towards my professional goals with her guidance. Dr Ally doesn't tell you what to do - she helps you understand who you are and see how to work within that to reach the goals you set up for. She has a very good approach in starting out with basic understanding of behavior to application in your life.

Aside from the career coaching, she has also helped me greatly with my personal goals. She sends me frequent emails and always ensures we have good communication. For someone like me, who is ambitious and always on the move, she provides a space for me to reflect. Such reflection is only possible because of Dr Ally's tremendous patience and care.

There are many times where my session runs beyond our allocated time. There are many times where I had to reschedule our sessions. She has been very accomadating and understanding. I found Ally at one of the lowest points in my life. Since I started working with her a few months ago, I can already see huge strides in my confidence and I’m progressing towards my life goals. I am able to set healthy boundaries, remove toxicity from my life, and hold myself accountable. Ally is willing to text or call me during the day when I need extra support or she will send me articles or videos that relate to the situation I am currently in. Dr. Ali has away with coaching that cuts to the heart of an issue very quickly. She honed in on things I had worked with for years in just minutes. L et me tell you on how I came across Ally Butrous .My name is flor i am 26 years old and i had no idea what it was to Love your authentic self ,My self esteem was very low especially when it came to speaking up for my self with friends , family, and work. One day I woke up and said to my self I was tired of not knowing how to move forward how to grow my mindset how to be aware of what I truly wanted in my life.I left a relationship of 9 yrs and I felt lost completely,I was just distracting my self from real connections.I would make friends and instantly wanted to protect them and care ,I would go above and beyond for a lot of people with no expectations but then i realize it was becoming a pattern in my life. I came to Dr Ally after years of struggling with low confidence, self-worth issues and imposter syndrome in my professional life. It had been brought to a head after returning from maternity leave and I was feeling anxious and miserable at work.
