Marcus responded quickly when we found a slipped tile just before Christmas and made it waterproof again. His survey highlighted some issues and he and his crews have been back as promised this week and replaced the ridge, verges and some cracked tiles. Had a full roof replacement plus a new dormer roof fitted , the scaffolding was erected two days before the work then four roofers arrived at agreed time and carried out the job in a most professional manner the communication was excellent from the boss Marcus and the roofers always keeping me updated on the progress ,they left the site each day very tidy. Very good and quick service. After lots of heavy rain, I noticed a damp patch in one of our bedroom corners. Couldn't be happier with Marcus and the Team. They have been top quality from start to finish. Had an old conservatory that was either freezing cold or boiling hot in the summer.
