Uncle Charlie was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial phone call we had where I explained a bit about our wedding and what we’d need, to sitting down with my wife and I to find out everything he could about us and our story, through to the actual wedding day where he truly was the glue that held the day together. He was so embedded within not just our day, but seemingly our lives, that numerous people asked if he was related or a family friend. I think that is testament to how much effort he put into truly getting to know us. From the very minute we were in touch with Uncle Charlie we knew they were the right celebrant for us. Robyn & Charles are an absolute dream team and so fun to work with. Robyn was the glue that held us all together. She was so communicative, organised, helpful, kind, funny, I could go on! She made sure everything went super smooth. When we had our discovery call with Charles, we instantly felt as though we were talking to a friend of many years, we laughed the whole way through our call and on the day he did the most beautiful service for us which so many of our guests commented positively on. Don’t hesitate to hire, uncle Charlie is the one vendor you can’t do without (aside from the catering/d.j). Being an interrriacial couple, the guests especially from hubby’s side, were really blown away as they hadn’t known about what an MC does. There was so much positive vibes all around that after the wedding, we had to write them a personalised note which is pasted below. I would love to add photos but still expecting them. *Dear Uncle Charles & Team,* We just wanted to take a moment to say a huge *thank you* for the incredible job you did in organizing our wedding reception from start to finish. Everything was spot on, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator to keep the event flowing so smoothly. Even our guests, especially the Romanians, were beyond impressed! Uncle Charlie is a top tier host !!!!. Had an amazing time working with him and he was so good with the crowd. I was worried about how the night would turn out given guests late arrival and how massively diverse the guests were but Uncle Charlie’s proactiveness can to the rescue as he reshuffled and coordinated everything perfectly on the go with everyone accounted for.
