Replied quickly ,agreed quote and time. Everything was ok until I mentioned hes damaged sofa and needed insurance details. He became agressive and intimidating and threatening. Argued for 30 mins accusing me of being deceitful and trying to rob him !
He was paid but I still have no insurance details now regret i didnt call the police. Two items damaged More...

Wouldn’t recommend tried to change to a one man job and he tried to cancel on me on the day of my removal because he decided to turn up to my address earlier than the time we scheduled leaving me no choice but to pay 140 when I had someone already to help me with my stuff would definitely use a different company/person n now I’m forced to even give a start to out my review up !!
