From the very first meeting with Terry, Ridgeline’s owner, we just knew he and his team were going to be the right people for the job. This was to replace all the roof felt, re-insulate the loft, clean tiles and replace broken ones, fix new gutters etc. And just a few days after the scaffolding has finally gone, we can genuinely say that Terry more than met all expectations. He has a wonderful team around him covering all expertise needed. He is efficient, considerate, a great communicator keeping us fully informed about any changes to the schedules. Perhaps the most important quality in someone you are employing to do a large and expensive job that you will see very little of (not safe to climb up to the roof to inspect!) is trustworthiness…Obviously the skills to undertake the work are a given, but to trust someone in this role takes away so much anxiety. I should also say Ridgeline’s quote, fully honoured, was significantly below other, Bath based, companies. So, put simply, may we 100% recommend Terry and his company to you. Simply the best. Terry came out promptly to look at our roof issue. Having previously had a bad repair done by another roofer around the chimney costing several thousands roofers weren't my favorite trade! Terry was prompt and polite and went up to take a look both on the roof and inside the loft and took photos of the previous repair and what he thought the issue was. Price was reasonable no hard sell or trying to get ua to change the whole roof. We selected Terry due to good reviews on another site. He arranged the scaffolding came with his team to do the repair. He managed to get the scaffolding down again before Xmas which was a bonus. So far the work looks good and we will consider using Terry again. Hopefully we have found a good reliable roofer finally. I had an issue with a flat roof that started to leak in several areas . I contacted several companies ,but kept being let down. I spoke with a neighbour who gave me Terry's (Ridgeline roofing) number . He came to my address and assessed the roof and sent me a quote on the same day,which I accepted. Terry's knowledge,was exceptional and offered several solutions on how to replace the roof , organise the required scaffolding and clear the old materials. The quality of work and reliability is second to none and his team are honest workers. punctual and knowledgeable what their doing.
Terry also follows up once works are completed,to make sure everything is okay.
