What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
ustomer safety has always been our top priority, and during Covid-19 we introduced extra measures to give people peace of mind. Our team followed strict hygiene practices, including wearing masks and gloves, using hand sanitiser regularly, and disinfecting equipment and vehicles. We also offered contactless quotations and payments to reduce unnecessary contact. On moving days, we kept to social distancing guidelines wherever possible and worked efficiently to minimise time spent in customers’ homes. These steps ensured we could continue providing a reliable service while keeping our customers and staff safe.
