After five years' use my Epson EcoTank printer recently stopped working, the error message stating "one of the ink pads is at the end of its service life". I learnt that the fix requires replacement of a physical part, as well as a reset of the print count software. My nearest Epson service centre were clueless so I widened my search, thankfully discovering LC Computers in Melton Mowbray (an 80 mile drive from my home!). Michael, the owner, immediately knew what was required, and restored my printer to full working order whilst I waited, at very reasonable cost. He was efficient, courteous and friendly, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.From my experience, I would thoroughly recommend LC Computers to anyone who's having computer issues - as their slogan says: "Leave IT to us" ! Fantastic service, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.I managed to get locked out of my Tablet and was unable to get back in/perform factory reset. They said they would have a look and if unable to get into it then I wouldn't be charged for the time. Amazing service from LC Computers. Booked my water damaged laptop in for collection by an engineer, they recovered the hard drive and transferred to a case to run as an external drive. What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. They bring the device in and normally they have tried to fix themselves but don't know how to proceed. i love to see the relief on the faces as they realize that the pictures of the baby, grandchildren, dog ..... is saved and they don't need to but a new device.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When i was growing up the technicians always spoke in a "Tech Talk" language and never really explained what was going on.
I talk to people in basics and enjoy solving problems

i know most people say this but we will go above and beyond customer service. if you have a problem we will try to solve it or if not we will give alternatives.
i have been know to send people to our competitors as I know they have a product that will suit the needs and i don't have that particular product.
We believe in treating our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves!
