Sensation - went above and beyond. Called at 2/3pm after deciding to clean the sofa’s and finding horrific stains under the covers - was here within 30 mins and we now have a pristine LShape cream sofa back to its glory as well as our hall way and living room.

Phil was not only extremely friendly but also did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning our carpets — 200% satisfaction! There were a few stains I honestly thought would never come out, but after his cleaning they looked as good as new . We had contacted two or three other companies for quotes, and the price Phil offered was very reasonable. As a foreigner, I had little knowledge of carpets, but he patiently explained everything to me in detail. Despite it being the weekend, he responded promptly and kindly, and he managed to schedule the cleaning within the timeframe we needed.
