I believe if you are doing anything in life you should have passion and Jon definitely exudes this. He excels in his work. My first conversation with Jon was so easy, very reassuring and puts you at ease. Consultation before wedding was great, he asked all the relevant questions so that I won't have to worry on the day of my wedding. His natural shots are amazing!!! He has an eye for detail. He capture sunsets, laughters, night pictures, love, children, commucations, family etc. You won't regret working with him. Even the guests compliment his work ethics and personality, very friendly and easy to talk with. He works in great partnership with Jaime who was the videographer on the day. I can't recommend him enough. We have no regrets.

We booked Jon for our wedding what a chap he was absolutely friendly on the phone before the wedding asking for any additional photos that we could think of and his attitude was brilliant. Jon created wonderful memories for us his experience and knowledge was unbelievable he managed to get everything we wanted and more. We booked Jon for the whole day and got him a wedding meal. We had Jon for our official Wedding Photographer on the 1st September, a very organised professional, relaxed and great guy. . he certainly knew his job. From putting our deposit down to paying the remainder, Jon was very organised and explained everything.. he was fantastic on our actual wedding day, very chatty to our guests, & us.. and made everyone feel very at ease he even took us a drive up around the reservoirs on location to get some photos of us & the sun setting... We have not got our official photos as yet, but we are not concerned, but we are very excited to get them,🙂🙂 but we are not rushing him as his website says between 4-8 weeks.. & he is a very popular photographer because he is so good, and as he informed us August & September are his busiest months...& he could be doing 5-6 weddings and sometimes more in a week.!! In the height of covid with less than a fortnight to organise a wedding after exhausting every option we came across Jon. From the outset he was he was lovely and accommodating and determined to make our restricted day special .

He captured the most amazing pictures on the day that we'll treasure forever and is still on hand if ever we need anything.

Jon was the photographer at my sisters wedding, he made us all feel comfortable and relaxed was easy to talk to , there was no awkwardness it was like having a friend we have known for years there and was amazing with the children especially the ones with special needs who were anxious about being there which I thought was brilliant. Jon was absolutely incredible on our wedding day. He captured every single moment perfectly. He was professional, fun and came with so many different ideas so we didn't just get the usual type of wedding photos. We received our wedding photos in the specified time and he kept us updated on when we would receive them all the way through. In response to this review: Bill and Debbie had their wedding images delivered on the same day as when this review was written on 25th November 2021. Unfortunately due to covid-19 myself along with many photographers have been busy with the large volume of weddings affected by covid-19. My working weeks between July-November have been back to back weddings which have averaged 3 per week. As a result I have had a backlog of weddings to edit. At the point of this review their wedding was due to be delivered that week regardless. I had sent an email out at the beginning of November informing clients that there would be delays in their images being delivered, however when I had reviewed the emails, unfortunately none was sent out to Bill's email as a result. It is understandable of their frustration as this review is based on the time they have waited (not the work or my abilities as a photographer). Within my contract they would have had to pay all monies before the wedding and it can take upto 8 weeks for delivery of wedding images (2 months). They had got married on the 23rd September and I was 2 days over of the 8 weeks criteria. I have apologised to both Bill and Debbie and I tried to speak to Bill, however Bill did not want to speak with myself regarding the matter which was unfortunate as it was a lovely wedding and nice couple too. I would not ask or expect them to change their review as clearly they are not happy. I did estimate 5 weeks delivery time of their wedding images, however that was not possible due to large volume of work. I have since reviewed my emails to ensure this won't happen again to future clients. Bill and Debbie received an online gallery and USB as promised & I made their wedding a priority above all else I was working on the resolve the matter as quickly as possible. I would say to anyone reading this review, if you have any concerns or issues, please contact myself directly or look at my other reviews which are all 5 stars. Unfortunately on this occassion it is not the case. Please remember that 2021 has been affected by Covid-19 and wedding industry is the busiest it has ever been and this has meant suppliers like myself have had the large volume of work flood in as a result.
