Excellent day made both interesting and enjoyable by an outstanding trainer who is actually a paramedic herself. The day was informative, went very fast and nobody was made to feel out of place even if not "getting" it at first. There was a wide range of ages in the group from 20's so very senior. As a course the content was as expected, covered all the main aspects of first aid at work and made me feel confident I know what to do in an emergency. Plenty of questions were asked and answers were easy to understand and explained clearly.
