What do you love most about your job?
Helping people feel motivated, relaxed and giving them a new found peace of mind fills me with joy. It sounds so cheesy but its true. There’s something so good and fulfilling about making someone’s day, week and year better!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After watching people close to me suffer with both mental health and physical health I decided from a young age that I wanted to be a part of educating and changing peoples lives for the better. After studying my bachelors degree in psychology, I decided to specialise in health psychology- which has given me greater knowledge and understanding into the mind, body and social aspects of life that shape us.

If you’re motivated to make changes in your life, I would love to be that person who guides you through it. As a person, I’m warm and non judgmental. Im an excellent listener and have a lot of knowledge to share.
