I spotted an Essex First Roofing Van whilst travelling on the A13. I have been aware for some time that I needed an urgent repair of my roof so made sure to take down the details. I got in touch and was contacted by Mike. From that first contact, I knew my roof would be in safe hands. Mike was very true to his word and acted promptly. He has kept me abreast of everything by talking to me, explaining each process in a simplified manner and with photos and videos. I have told him more than once, spotting his Company Van was an absolute blessing. He heads a very able and competent team. I can relax knowing as the winter and rainy months set in, my Roof has finally had the TLC it deserved. I recently hired Essex First Roofing to fix a leaking gutter that had been causing problems for weeks. From the first call to the completion of the job, their service was excellent.
They responded quickly, arrived on time, and immediately diagnosed the issue. The team was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced.
They completed the repair efficiently, with no mess left behind, and even checked over the rest of the guttering to make sure there were no other problems. Since the fix, we’ve had heavy rain and not a single drop has leaked!
