We are new to Pup Club and cant thank Dan enough for his professionalism and help he has provided us and our pup in such a short period of time. Dan is an exceptional dog trainer who truly transforms the way dogs and their owners interact. He has been working with my dog, Lady, and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. Duke is an anxious and reactive dog - especially around other dogs and our cat. Dan’s training has really helped us make huge progress on both fronts with only 2 sessions completed so far! Before we started with Dan and Pet Club walks with Narla were a source of constant stress and anxiety for us both. She had become reactive, lunging and barking at other dogs, which made even a short walk feel overwhelming. Since completing the training program with Dan the difference has been incredible. Dan's approach was compassionate and incredibly insightful. They helped us understand the root cause of Narla's behaviour, which was fear-based rather than aggression. With this new understanding, we learned how to support her. The progress has been truly remarkable. We were given clear, manageable steps to follow and practiced them consistently. Now, we can pass other dogs on the street without a meltdown. Narla is much calmer and more focused on us, and we have learned to read her body language better so we can intervene before she gets over her threshold. I no longer dread walking my dog. The Pup Club have been absolutely brilliant for us and our 3 year old rescue who have very little training or obedience when we first adopted him. We completed Level 1 with Kira and had Colin conduct 121s with us and do a home visit. Kira, Colin and other members of The Pup Club team have been incredible to work with and we have seen so vast improvements in our dog's behaviour. He is far more settled, a lot less anxious and going from strength to strength with his training. Its only been a few months but we have already had comments out what a different dog he is now - and all for the positive!! We didn't know what else to do when our nervous rescue became more and more reactive after being attacked and this was our last resort before accepting defeat. We had worked with other trainers in the past with little luck, but Dan's 1:1 sessions were helpful from the beginning, enabling us to get Merlin into his muzzle without whimpering and he has got us sitting next to other dogs in a controlled environment after just a few sessions. We aren't done with the course yet and Merlin still has a way to go to be able to behave the same way when coming across unexpected dogs, but we are already at a stage we never thought we'd be at again and that is all thanks to Dan! We've been on group walks (as part of our package) with other trainers who have all been incredibly helpful and everyone attending the classes is very welcoming too - I've already recommended the Pup Club to friends! After adopting a very dominant princess who needed some much needed TLC, Dan and pupclub came very well recommended to us! Mia, who is an Akita x GSD isn't the smallest nor is she the weakest. Dan has helped us with pulling on the lead and general walking daily, he's made slight small changes to our daily routines which have helped in settling her into life after being rescued, and the team have helped with boundary setting, making home life 10x easier! From a stubborn Akita who would not for love nor money sit in her bed or even show it any interest, to sitting in there comfortably without command after a walk! Nothing is too much of a problem for Dan, he is always on hand to answer any question no matter how big or small, and will tailor his advise and training dependant on what training goals we have, even if they change. We've done some group sessions, and have got more booked in! The community at pup club is equally for the dogs as much as for handlers! Group sessions are always filled with like minded people and great laughs! Everyone is on hand to help, and everything is facilitated with ease from all of the trainers! We started with Kira at PupClub back in March after a friend recommended us to sign up. After a bad experience from a dog trainer from a different company a few years ago, I was quite nervous to try dog training again but my friend raved about her experience with Kira from PupClub and now I understand why! I was very nervous on our first session of 1-2-1’s but Kira made me feel so at ease and comfortable around her straight away and not just me but our dog, Cobi too. She’s super friendly, professional and truly knows her stuff! Any questions I had, she was able to answer with tons of info. I always was pretty embarrassed of having a reactive dog and was scared of being judged but I have never felt one bit of judgement from Kira or any of the other trainers and even other members. Kira has always been available via WhatsApp to chat whenever I have a question which is super helpful! You can tell Kira is very passionate about working with dogs and PupClub itself. Kira has also been very flexible when it comes to booking sessions as my work diary can be a little awkward. I have now been on a few of the group dog walks which I would’ve never in a million years thought was going to happen with Cobi. PupClub and Kira have completely changed our life and Cobi’s too. We now enjoy walks and even enjoy walking in places I would never have gone before. This is all because mine and Cobi’s confidence has grown with the help of PupClub. We started Pup Academy classes when Chilli was about 4/5mo, she was mega reactive, super easily distracted, barking and pulling…she loved to train but was totally overwhelmed by everything - trainers at class were great, Kira came to tweak the instructions to help but it was clear she couldn’t cope! Dan was really helpful putting an insurance claim through for a course of 1:1 sessions and offered to re-start classes whenever she was ready. After the first session we could already finally take her on a walk without constant pulling, barking and her being a nightmare! 3 sessions in and she’s so much better at home - stays on her bed when needed, starting to behave better when people come to the door, not going for the kids food, recall is amazing and just generally so much more responsive to commands. We’ve learnt so many different ways to deal with difficult behaviours, and we’re back on the puppy course (with Colin and his magical frankfurters and giant blanket 😂) she managed a session outside, with another training session close by, no reacting or distraction! The 1:1 sessions are so helpful, they’ve got the whole family using the same approach and everyone so much more confident with her. Dan’s been super flexible with sessions when life gets in the way, tailors the advice to suit your house and life, and is really helpful on message in between if you forget anything or how to adjust if a technique isn’t quite working. Looking forward to getting her on the socials we have access to with the classes, never thought I’d say that! She’s learning manners and good choices 😂 we’ve all grown in confidence with her but she’s still our crazy little snuggle bum! More...

Just had a 1 2 1 with Dan with Flint, who can be reactive and just pulls like a locomotive, I found Dan to be very calm and explained everything very simply, after 2 days I have had amazing walks with Flint, now the hard work continues, I can't recommend Dan and the pup club enough, fabulous training.

I can’t recommend Pup Club highly enough! Dan, Tyler and the rest of his team are incredibly friendly and feels like you’re training your dog with your friends. They make you feel comfortable as training a reactive dog is mainly training yourself as an owner to learn a new way of thinking and even speaking to your dog. Before Pup club I was nearly having to re home my dog as I felt I wasn’t doing right by him due to his reactivity and aggression towards other dogs… after 2 one to one sessions, my dog is completely different! Taking him on walks, he doesn’t even pay attention to other dogs, whereas before he would bark and go for them. Dan has incredible patience as he is training not only my dog but me as an owner. The team is so well equipped for all training scenarios which is so helpful and makes the training stress free. Dan is always on hand for support when I need it outside of the training sessions and if I have any questions or problems. I am so pleased we found Pup Club. Started with an excellent introduction a very informative and friendly 1-2-1 with Daisy. I had the opportunity to discuss any problems and things we wanted to work on. I was so impressed to learn of the social groups offered. I started working with Dan at Pup Club Official Ltd when I was pregnant and wanted to make sure my rescue dog, Poppy, would transition well with a new baby in the house. I chose the 1-2-1 course because I knew we had some walking and listening issues to work on, and I really wanted to give Poppy the best chance to feel settled and confident. After the baby arrived, things got tough — walking Poppy with the pram was stressful, and I often came home frustrated and upset, with little patience left. But with Dan’s help and support, things completely turned around. I actually look forward to our walks now. Poppy is so much more manageable, engaged, and responsive — and most importantly, I can tell she’s happier and regaining her confidence, even with the changes at home. Training your dog is so worth the investment. I’ve had Poppy for four years and tried various training methods in that time, but Dan’s plan brought about the biggest transformation I’ve ever seen. Dan has been fantastic, I had lost hope that my dog was trainable. Covid puppy, that was then attacked by a dog off lead, which then led to her being very reactive. Dan has been patient and supported me throughout our sessions. My dog has made huge progress in a small period of time, which has allowed me to let visitors into our home without the reactiveness, enjoy our walks more without me changing route when I saw another dog, and see her want to go on a walk and not always been on look out.
