I found Carisma Catering on google when I was looking for a catering service for my partner's 60th birthday celebration and boy did I strike lucky ! ! They were so professional from the first phone call till they packed up the last chafing dishes at the end. The food was exceptional and our guests have said they will not forget our party in a hurry. They also provided waiters for us which made it much easier to enjoy the celebration. I want to say a special thank you to Samir who calmed me down with his gentle disposition when I had a mini panic - so professional ! Tried Carisma Catering recently and wow… what a treat. Their vegetarian Moroccan meal with paneer cheese was bursting with flavour—the spice level was just right without being too hot. The rice was fluffy, aromatic, and paired perfectly with the dish. Honestly, it was one of those meals you keep thinking about afterwards. Being a meat eater I don’t often go for vegetarian meals but this was absolutely worth it.
