Choosing the right EV home charger was turning into a nightmare - every review I read seemed to contradict all of the others. Thank goodness someone put me in contact with Ben at Aurora. He calmed me down and gave excellent advice about which one to choose. He responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately - some as late as at 10pm. He bent over backwards to get it installed at short notice and unlike the others did not require payment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The guys that came to fit it were excellent. They arrived 15 minutes early and had the whole thing done from scratch in 75 minutes. They had other jobs to go to but didn't rush off, instead staying to make sure I was 100% happy. Ben was very prompt in replying to our request. He explained everything so well and I felt at ease booking with the £100 deposit. Aurora advised me on a suitable charger that allowed me to get a great liw cost EV tariff with OVO energy with a smart charger. They weren't necessarily the cheapest but I didn't want to take risk of a poor installation buying cheap.The installation is professional and meets all regulations. I enquired with Ben at Aurora about installing an electric vehicle charging point at my property as I was purchasing a EV later that week. Ben was brilliant, answering all my queries (about the charger and the EV I was purchasing) and managing to fit me in for a booking 3 days after the enquiry.

On the day of the install, Adam completed the job in a number of hours and once again, was incredibly helpful. He even completed a minor electrical job in the house which had been bugging me for months!
