Roofing Installation or Replacement
I have been trying to getting in touch with your company since December 2024. Since then, we have been waiting patiently for you to reply and address the situation, but to no avail.
Issues Requiring Immediate Attention
This situation is most distressing, reflecting an extremely unprofessional attitude and response by your company, All Point Property Solutions.
It has now been over 7 months since we have been waiting for a response to rectify the workmanship carried out by your roofing company. The guttering work we could not see until the scaffolding was taken done.
Below are the issues that need addressing:
Light Penetration:
There is light coming through the roof. (Please see attached image - Image 1)
Guttering Problems:
The guttering at the back of the house is collapsing, and the installation has not been done correctly, including the UPVC soffit board. (Please see attached image – Image 2 & 3.)
Wind Intrusion:
There is wind blowing on the side of the roof, which your company, All Point Property, carried out.
Furthermore, the part of the roof that you replaced at the back of the house we can see bright light, it is difficult to picture this as the flash overrides the light penetrating through this area.
Your company, All Point Property, has provided a 15-year warranty. We would like to point out that the roof was surveyed before your company carried out work, so everything was recorded. We will be in the process of arranging roof inspection from the work carried out very soon.

Nightmare, James owe us money and he did not complete the job. The gutters were not leveled at all, he did not replace some of the clips and he left the downpipes wobbly and did not install them to the wall. He never came to fix them. We have taken legal actions. More...

Requested a quote for chimney pointing and chimney removal and ended up agreeing to do entire main roof insulation. What can I say James was a very good salesman or I'm too gullible!
Mike and James were very eager to begin with and started the work on time as agreed. Almost 90% of the work was outsourced to sub contractors who came for a day and did a super rushed job leaving the site dirty which I had to clean up myself.
No skip were ordered and all rubbish was lying in front garden for couple of days after main roof work was completed. Some cheap man with van rubbish collection guy came day or two later to collected the rubbish who had an accident and had to stop due to a nail piercing through their shoes (no health and safety considerations by All point). They returned following day late night and picked up as much as they could in the dark, once again leaving the site and footpath very messy. I had to give them my bags and shovel to move the rubbish as they brough no tools of their own. James and his so called team had to clean up after the cleaning guys next day!
All of the promised work was completed (very poor quality) apart of replacement of broken tiles and addition of ventilation tiles on main roof.
I have tried contacting James and Mike several times to come and complete the work but they have stopped responding to my messages. I guess I should have held back some payment till all work was completed.
Poor quality of work done on overall project and no responsibility taken for work done by sub contractors (broken tiles + tiles not sitting flush on main roof still).
I had to make payments to all sub contractors (main roof, cleaner, material) directly.
I will definitely not get anything done from All Point in future nor recommend them to anyone else.
