Yes, I am able to provide services online or remotely. Law does not require from us to obtain client's original documents. Our clients will have the ability to scan/take photos of their original documents, email those to our secure portal and we will then be able to complete the applications electronically. The whole process can be done without a face to face meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
1 - We have arranged work spaces to keep staff apart.
2 - Reduced face-to-face meetings and encouraged calls or video conference wherever possible.
3 - Reduce crowding. We only allow a maximum of two persons per face to face appointment
4- All staff and visitors are kept up to date with the safety measures
