Been training with Dylan and I've had a ton of progress gaining confidence to get back to playing sports and increasing my strength. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great! Mateo is an excellent personal trainer and has really helped me get back in shape this past year.  The staff is extremely knowledgeable and it's great that there are no membership fees.

I walked into the gym not knowing anything, not knowing what I was getting myself into but all I can say is I am glad I did. I have now been training with Mateo for a couple months and I've been nothing but satisfied! Mateo is an excellent trainer and he has made me feel strong and happy with myself. For example, I can now lift more than my weight! I love that it's one on one and you are just training and getting stronger! Aryan is a terrific trainer. He provides unique, challenging exercises while respecting individual limitations. He is both knowledgeable and very kind. I've been working with Aryan for close to 3 years now, and not only has he been helping me meet my fitness goals, but he's also been helping me deal with a chronic upper shoulder pain I've had for years. Aryan's philosophy is more about holistic well-being and strength conditioning/building. More than just focusing on aesthetics, he is helping me build a life-long fitness program that is not only measurable, but also sustainable. In addition to making sure that we are working the muscle groups I need to strengthen to ameliorate my chronic shoulder pain, he also ensures that my cardiac and postural health remain sound. While my chronic shoulder pain has significantly decreased since I started working with Aryan, I also feel much stronger and I am more confident of myself both in terms of appearance and overall physical health. His sessions are designed to push yourself to the limit without over-stressing your body. He is very meticulous about making sure that you are not inflicting pain or carrying out injury-attracting actions during exercises. He will ask you several times whether the correct muscles are being activated, if not, he will pause and guide you through the exercise again. On top of all this, he provides you with dietary advice, and he does this with care, making sure not to upset your financial thresholds and respecting your choice in food. All in all, Aryan understands that most of us are not professional athletes, and he designs his programs with that expectation and reality. Honestly it's sad that 7 stars isn't an option b/c Method Fitness deserves it. I have had chronic pain the past 8 years of my life going from doctor to doctor . Aryan has become a huge stakeholder in my recovery journey. It is amazing how so many gyms/memberships don't teach the proper way to SAFELY train. This has reinvented the way I look at training. 10000% worth the investment. The staff is so so nice and super willing to communicate and customize your experience. More...

Aryan has been my personal trainer for 4 years now even before he opened his own gym since I've lived in Nova. To sum it up, Aryan really knows his stuff. I've been lifting / functionally training seriously for about 8 years now and have witnessed / experienced many other personal trainers who simply fall short of Aryan's knowledge and expertise. A lot of other personal trainers would allow their clients to perform exercises with poor form, but Aryan prioritizes proper form, movement, and mechanics to every exercise he has his clients do.I've also been training for a kickboxing fight and Aryan has been preparing my body for my upcoming fight while prioritizing strength training and recovery as we got closer to my fight date. Because of Aryan's dedication and expertise, I feel much more confident going into my fight knowing I've done the proper preparation and strength training my body needs as an athlete. All my life I've struggled with chronic back pain, and Aryan at Method Fitness has helped me tremendously. It is extremely evident that he understands how the body moves and functions at a deeply technical level as he always goes above and beyond to explain the "why" behind a movement (in simple and intuitive terms, too! ). I can always tell that my workouts are very thoughtfully put together, as they are so well-tailored to accommodate my specific limitations (injuries, lack of mobility in certain areas, etc.), but at the same time fun and challenging in new ways. Not only has Aryan helped to alleviate my back pain, but he has also reinforced the basic, CORRECT how-to's of lifting/strength training so that I am able to keep continue building on my progress properly in the future. I've been training with Aryan for a few months now and I can say I've definitely seen progress. Aryan is knowledgeable about the CORRECT way to complete exercises, takes the time to educate his clients on healthy eating habits and additional points of interest, and tailors the exercise program to his client' s goals/needs. Training with Aryan means partnering with an experienced professional to create meaningful lifestyle changes which has allowed me to improve my health and overall quality of life. As a working mom, it's been a struggle to maintain healthy exercise/eating habits but working with Aryan has encouraged me to continue working towards my weight loss/health goals. Aryan is an awsome trainer.  He's easy to work with, always on time and his rates are reasonable. Over the last year, he has helped me to increase both strength and mobility.  He is extemely knowledgable about muscle physiology and explains each exercise in detail which is helpful in understanding what you should be feeling while performing each exercise. I take a collaborative approach when developing fitness plans, working with clients and their inputs directly to create reliable, easy-to-follow guides that are carefully tailored to each individual. By focusing on creating a solid foundation of movement and addressing imbalances through corrective exercise, I have been able to help his clients lose weight, improve mobility, build strength, and regain comfort in their day-to-day lives. Taking the time to explain the science behind the movement is an integral part of my training, as I believe knowing "the why" is paramount to truly learning and knowing one's body.

There is no secret. Learning proper movement mechanics and implementing appropriate nutrition guidelines are of course fundamental building blocks to changing your body. That being said, adherence and compliance to a plan is the only thing that will give you long term success.

I love the challenge and unique experience that every client provides me and the opportunity that I have to have a positive influence on somebody's well-being. There are few things that are truly necessary in this world, and I believe that a health mind & body rank near the top, and being able to guide my clients gives me great satisfaction and purpose.

I have also been entrepreneurial in spirit, and one day will open up my own physical location powered by a team of trainers devoted to providing a space where those seeking health and fitness guidance will feel taken care of - comfortable, challenged, and most importantly, equipped with the correct, science-backed education and guidance needed to understand how to move.

I can't say that I am the best fit for every potential client, there may be another trainer that is better suited for a particular individual. What I can say is that I am a better, more knowledgable trainer than I was 6 months ago, and will continue to be so in another 6 months. That attitude of continuing to learn and challenge myself has provided me with the ability to consistently provide value to my clients.

Yes we have been providing virtual sessions as an option since COVID-19 began.

We take appropriate measures to follow CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19 as masks are required by all trainers, equipment is constantly wiped down, social distancing is enforced, and air purifiers are constantly running. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable in our facility at all times.

Services

Following a complimentary consultation, we will sit down and listen to what you're looking for and what the best course of action is. There is no one-size-fits-all way of training for a specific goal, so every client's programming consists of a different blend of corrective exercise/movement correction, strength training, cognitive performance, and mobility/stability work. The breakdown depends on the individual and will favor some facets of training more than others depending on the goals of the client.


We will also discuss nutrition needs to give you a better understanding of basic topics such as calorie management and macronutrients, as well as a strategy for how to realistically and sustainably incorporate healthy habits into your everyday life.
