What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy helping others to see results that they never thought were possible. Whether it’s pain free movement, weight loss, breaking through a plateau, or smashing a new PR.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After being a professional athlete and bodybuilder in my 20’s, by my mid to late 30’s I was overweight and out of shape. I woke up in pain every day and even struggled to put on my socks. Not satisfied with the outlook of spending the rest of my life this way I made wholesale changes to my life. Shedding 40 pounds in 4 months got the attention of several friends and coworkers who wanted in on the secrets I’d found. This was the genesis of Inside The Rack Fitness and we’re still going strong.

We are a small garage gym and offer private or small group training. Groups are organized by trainees so everyone is friendly.

We do online training from coast to coast. Programs are written based upon equipment availability and goals. Exercise tutorials are shot for various exercises to show proper technique and execution. Video analysis is performed of various lifts depending upon your fitness goals and training style to better help with proper technique.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We sanitize all equipment and stretching mats after each session. Being a garage gym we are well suited to be open air unlike a typical gym.
