I’ve been coming to this gym since November 2018. I love this place. Luis, the owner, is serious about fitness, just pay your f*cken dues! I really miss this this gym. Since I moved out of Pasadena to northeast golds gym has nothing on this gym. But hopefully soon once I transfer to that side out of town I can get back to this gym. Luis is awesome dude.

No frills old-school gym, if you're SERIOUS about getting stronger then this is the place to do it. The atmosphere is grueling, but not intimidating, most of the people who train here are very dedicated and everyone I met was very polite and always willing to help. Plenty of free weights and racks, atlas stones in the back and a grassy area for the sleds. Owner is super badass, the epitome of how a small business owner should conduct themselves, cares about his customers and is very active in the community. Fun gym, owner was great there and treated members like friends. It's a small very hard core gym. When I say hard core don't take that term lightly, it is HARD CORE, no air conditioning gym with the minimums but what it lacks in equipment variety it more than makes up for with environment, loud music, murals on the walls and cool members. I'll be back!

i drive 45 mins every Saturday morning from Rosenberg to train at this gym and it's well worth it, never a bad workout always beast it and the owner is awesome. Much respect and recommended
