Consistency and a long-term approach is the secret to getting the body of your dreams. Fitness is more enjoyable if you have a long-term approach. Extremely high intensity workouts, long workouts, brutal diets, and losing 10 pounds in one week are short-term fixes. This will result in you hating fitness or more likely to quit. Understanding that fitness requires time & consistency will lead to success.

Helping people improve their lives. I get excited when I begin to train a new client. I can see the potential of what the client can achieve and it excites me. l I have full confidence in my expertise as a trainer. My clients will accomplish their goals. Fitness has improved my health, confidence, and other facets of life. It is a joy to be apart of the process of someone improving their life.

I train each client different. Each client has a different personality, quality of life, view of fitness, etc. I pride myself in having different styles and approaches for my clients. Each session is different and unique. Training with Josh Holt is enjoyable and far from boring.

Yes, I do provide services online or remotely. My custom app is built through Trainerize. You can access your account on your mobile phone or computer. You will be able to access your workouts, daily caloric intake, upload progress photos, and so much more.

I am supportive of stopping the spread of COVID-19. I received my COVID-19 vaccination in February of 2021. I have and will continue to wear a mask for my in-person training sessions to protect my clientele.

This service includes weekly workouts, recommended nutrition, and weekly Zoom call with Josh! Training is conducted through my custom & easy-to-download app. Access everything you need to accomplish your goals from mobile device or desktop computer.
