First of all, this doesn't feel like a job for me. Having the opportunity to work with individuals on living a happier, healthier life with pain-free movement is a passion that makes every day exciting and worthwhile.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After spending quite a bit of time in the corporate fitness world, I wanted to focus on what mattered most to me. Working with people on their fitness and nutrition goals! Now I am able to do this every day and it's the life I have dreamed of.

2. I currently holds 11 specific certifications and am continuously working on personal development so I can offer the best service possible to each client.
3. I have more than five years of experience in the area of personal training and have worked with a variety of clients to achieve different fitness goals.
4. Outside of the hours spent training clients, I spend additional time researching and focusing on each client’s unique needs and program design to make adjustments as necessary for optimal results.

Absolutely! It can be much more cost-effective for clients to train remotely as they are not having to pay for in-person sessions. My remote training program includes everything in-person training includes, however we will meet occasionally via Zoom to make sure all of the exercises are being executed properly!
