Been an athlete my whole life and still continue to do so. But I've also been a big person my whole life too. For a couple of times I would be in and out of the gym inconsistently throughout some years. Then took it more serious for about 2 years straight. Everything was awesome, I was loosing weight gaining muscle and loosing most of my back/knee problems. Then 1 day after a night shift at work, I got into my first major accident and it all went down hill from there. Needless to say I gained all the weight back and then some. Sy has reached out to me once before and suggested I try out his training. I was interested but never took the initiative. Now that I've recently got back into the sport I love, (volleyball) I want to get into better shape again and get rid of all my problems. I've been to 2 sessions so far with Sy and honestly... best work outs I've ever done so far. Best, in the sense I can feel more of my muscles being used while doing reps while never feeling crazy sore. I always thought, no pain no gain, but he made me believe differently now. I still have a long way to go but I just wanna give a big shoutout to Sy Pires for giving me this opportunity to work with him.
