Hi, I have been personal training for about 3 years now. I am NASM certified in both personal training, and corrective exercise. I served 4 years active in the United States Marine Corps, and am currently serving in the Army part time as I am in school studying exercise science. My personal training, I am offering is fully online (I am full for in person meetings at the gym I work at currently). I have a subscription to an app (bridgeathletics) where I can deliver your workouts to, it is very organized, and actually has videos along with each workout so you will have a visual as to what you should be doing!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through my understanding of the human body, muscular system, and past experience in the field to help build the best workouts tailored to meet the client's goals. With a large emphasis on proper warm ups, cool downs, stretching to help the body grow the right way, feel good (also lessen soreness), and proper rest times in between muscular groups and lifts during a session to maximize the client's progress.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams comes down to a lot of science. Many parts of how a body looks are genetics, but it HAS BEEN PROVEN that you can out-train your genetics if done the right way. Finding the right way is difficult, which is why some programs may work for some people and they may not work for others. As a personal trainer, it is my job to find your perfect programming, and motivated you to stick through it!

What do you love most about your job?

My favorite part about being a trainer is hearing how my clients (both in person at the gym, or when my online clients text me) how happy they are with their results, or when they finally start noticing a change in their routines. I always see the progress on paper, but when my clients start to notice it and talk to me about it, that's when I know I have made an impact on them and that is my favorite part about the job. Changing people's lives for the better.

Why should our clients choose you?

You should choose me because I absolutely love my job, and always give 100%. I have enough experience from helping children from the age of 9, all the way to helping older people in their 50s continue their fitness careers. I also have experience with sports like MMA and football, and overall lifting athletes getting into bodybuilding and powerlifting. One of my biggest promises is that my services are affordable! My biggest pet peeve with the fitness industry is how some trainers try to charge 100s per hour, or 100s for a week program. Which in my eyes is what makes many people scared of going to a trainer for help because it is so expensive. I will always ensure that my programming is effective and affordable!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I am providing services online. We can have meetings remotely if needed, but my programming is sent to you through an app that has all of the workouts, rest times, warm ups etc. The app has everything you need directly from me! I do at least one weekly check-in (on Sundays) to see how everything is and if something needs changing, because these programs are always flexible, but that does not mean I will not check in randomly, because I try to check in as often as I can with my athletes.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Online services are already being covid friendly, I am also vaccinated.
