I am a former member of this gym, and only because I moved out of the area. The services are great: very competitive rates, a lot of various equipment to choose from. A lot of free classes also. A raquetball court, Steam and Sauna room are also included in the membership. Not to mention a friendly and courteous staff. I am amazed how they remembered who I was so quickly, considering how many people they probably see.I definitely suggest this gym to anybody who is looking to get in or stay in shape, as it really has everything you could need.

I LOVE Koko FitClub! I get all the personalized attention and results of a personal trainer and none of the hassle of scheduling appointments! Â The staff and owner are super nice, and the facility is immaculate. That's right: I'm saying there's no stale stinky gym smell. Â Most important, the workout routines are short, focused, and very effective. They build on computer-based training and have all kinds of charts and education, should you want that. Â I love how the program tells me how many pounds I've lifted and charts my improvement in muscle mass and other cool stuff.

I cannot say more great things about this group. Â Now 4 months into the outdoor boot camp, I truly feel as if my body has transformed methodically. Â I am stronger, leaner, happier, and more confident in my overall presentation. Â Although I regularly exercised prior to starting with the boot camp, it always seemed as if something was missing...primarily my motivation. Â For once in my life, I do not feel the need to pop the latest crazed diet pill to lose weight in addition to my workouts, but solely relying on my own hard work. Â Joining this club will not only help to revolutionize your body, it will reconstruct your lifestyle to one that is healthier and cleaner.

F45 has been my ultimate favorite gym here's why!
I've never been, a "gym freak" nor did I enjoy working out. However, F45 has changed my lifestyle: mentally, physically, emotionally, health, and much more. F45 is a team training environment and every workout varies (which makes it fun). I've been attending F45 for the past 6 months at least 5 times a week and my body has changed (My abs are Back) haven't seen them since high school. I honestly have so much energy now and I'm always on the move without complaining throughout the day "I'm tired." The gym is always clean the atmosphere is friendly. The trainers are always willing to help, they are motivators, and above all polite and friendly. F45 music is AMAZING!
I've lost over 15lbs and my body is happy for it.

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.
