How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

As a trainer it is the most important thing to minimize potential risk and maximize workout effectiveness. I work one-on-one with my clients to ensure they have all the tools needed to succeed. We work as a team to make sure you're staying on top of your fitness goals by giving them effective workouts, meal plans, homework, and constant communication.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There's no secret: Eating right and being physically active.

What do you love most about your job?

I love creating a true relationship with my clients not only as their trainer, but as their friend. Even if we are no longer training, they can still come to me and ask me any health/fitness related questions as I strive to be a health resource in my community.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I became a fitness instructor at the age of 18 then became a personal trainer at the age of 21. I realized how intimidating it was for people to work out in the main stream gym and realized there was a whole other population of people that were too intimidated to come from home to one of these establishments. I knew I needed to touch people on a different level to get them to feel comfortable about fitness and health. So I decided to create my own business to reach out to this population. It was the best decision of my life.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me as their trainer because I get results. I don't use heavy weights and see how fast you can do the exercises because it leads to risk of injury. I strive not only to train but to educate my clients in health and fitness, I want them to make true lifestyle changes that will increase their longevity and quality of life.
