I would like to take a moment and compliment the facility that Chad and Chelsea have built! It's well-kept, clean and inviting to the person who has never walked into a gym before. They take their time completing a survey in order to ensure that your needs are completely in line with the goals you want to set for yourself! In addition to setting workout goals and pushing you to your best they also offer complete nutrition planning in order to compliment this new lifestyle! I highly recommend Chad and Chelsea to help anyone who is ready to really make a huge life change for the better!

Body & Soul Fitness Studio is a great gym for women only, which to me is a plus. Mickey is a great trainer who knows what she is doing. She makes sure you are doing your program correctly so you don't injure yourself, and is always there if you have questions or forget how to do something. The camaraderie with other women is great also. I've been a member for years.

ITRAINwithWAYNE is no joke. Great facility. Clean, energized and full of great people. Typically 3-7 people each session and fully focused on making you strong, flexible and healthy. Wayne is on another level with his energy, passion and knowledge. He will take the time to explain the most complicated concepts in a simple and understandable way.

In a busy area like Lancaster, the biggest benefit is accountability. You aren't just paying for a workout; you're paying for a professional to ensure your form is perfect and your time isn't wasted on exercises that don't work for your body.
A reputable trainer must be certified. Look for certifications from accredited organizations. The most respected in the US are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)—particularly the CSCS for athletes.
To keep costs down, consider small group training. By grabbing a few friends and splitting the session fee, you get expert attention for a fraction of the price. Additionally, ask about 'Commit and Save' deals where buying upfront lowers the per-session rate.
