How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Actively listening to goals, and obstacles that may stand in the way of said goals, from clients is the first step to success! Formulating a workout plan, and properly sticking to it with my encouragement will show you the results you are looking for.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dedication and consistency is key when trying to achieve anything in life! There are days where your motivation will lack, and that is why it is so important to be consistent with your goals. Some days motivation will not get you out of the house and into the gym, but sticking to your routine and being consistent will!
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people create and maintain the healthy lifestyle they wished for! I spent most of my life unhealthy, seeking for change and answers. After furthering my education and getting out into the community, I am finally able to share what worked for me, and help others get there!
Why should our clients choose you?
All my life I have loved helping people and showing them how hard work will pay off in the end. I have a fairly open schedule and can work around any clients busy schedule!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure that all equipment is properly wiped down before and after each use, as well as frequent washing of the hands and use of hand sanitizer. Masks can be worn if requested by the client!
