I think my favorite part about Burn is feeling part of a diverse group of men and women at a variety of fitness levels. The positivity and encouragement has kept me going back. My two favorite instructors are the yoga teacher and Jensen on the camp coaches. Jensen is wonderful because she is attentive to making sure we have correct form and modifying if necessary. After all the different workouts I have tried, Burn is unique, hard and transforming. So excited and proud of how strong I have become and more conscious of the food I am eating.
