I had an incredible experience with the six week transformation challenge at Peak Athletics! This gym not only helped me achieve my weight loss goals but also helped me gain muscle and decrease my body fat percentage. Trevor, Ryan and Zack provided me with expert physical fitness and nutrition coaching, which ultimately led me to lose 10 pounds while gaining 2 pounds of muscle. The staff at Peak Fitness were dedicated to my success from the moment I walked through the door. They took the time to understand my goals and created a customized workout plan to help me achieve them. The gym had a variety of equipment, and Zack was always available to provide guidance on proper form and technique. The nutrition coaching was a game-changer for me. Trevor provided me with a personalized meal plan that was tailored to my specific needs and preferences. The plan was easy to follow and allowed me to eat foods I enjoyed while still meeting my weight loss goals. Thanks to the exceptional support and guidance from the staff at Peak Fitness, I was able to achieve my goals and decrease my body fat percentage by 5 percent. The positive environment and personalized attention made all the difference in my success. I highly recommend Peak Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. PEAK offers a diverse array of services. I have personally taken multiple group classes, booked deep tissue massages with Katie, and Trevor Wilson has helped me propel my fitness journey by creating my workout splits since I began training. With Trevor’s help I have been able to lose 30 pounds sustainably and recomposition significantly. The group classes create an environment to meet like minded people, have fun, and work up a sweat. Small and personable gym with people who really do care about your goals. They also really do care about you as a person. I have had many abdominal surgeries and certain things have to be modified in order for me to do them . They have always accommodated and found me a modified way to still get my full workout in. I have never once felt overwhelmed or like a number there. They are always more than willing to help me do the workouts the right way but they also give me the push I need to stay motivated.I highly recommend Peak if you are looking to get your moneys worth and looking for a gym that is more like a community. I absolutely can provide services remotely. At PEAK we use a service called Trainerize that allows us to make virtual services user friendly and effective.

One on one training for individuals. The content of the sessions are always tailored around the goals, needs, and wants of the client.

Virtual fitness coaching. Can be for workouts or nutrition as well. I can tailor programs for you personally and work with any needs to help you achieve your goals.

Coaching for nutrition based on the goals. Whether that be weight-loss, upcoming competition, muscle gain, or almost anything else nutrition related.
