When I first began CrossFit Simplicity, I thought there was NO way I would be able to do the workouts. However, the coaches scale the workouts so you can achieve at your personal best - with the goal being to scaffold you to be able to do the standard workout. They explicitly model and explain everything prior to the workout and as many times as you need during the workout [trust me, I know :) ]. The coaches are very attentive during the workout and encourage you, monitor your form, and help you as needed. The atmosphere is very positive, the workouts are fun, and it's the culture to encourage each other. There is a wide range of ages and ability levels, but all work on their personal best - which is great! The class size is perfect and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. It's obvious the staff really care about the members. The facility is extremely clean and everyone pitches in to help you put away the equipment you use during the workout. I really like that teachers and other service professions are appreciated. When I joined it was for a friend who wanted me to work out with her. I had no prior experience and was quite out of shape, but I have been able to do things I never thought I could and am growing each time I workout!

I have been doing personal training for bodybuilding since November 2019 with Alyssa Isley. I have personal fitness goals in which she is helping me to achieve. To watch my body transformation thus far has been inspirational. At 47 years old, I feel better than I did in my 30s. Whatever you personal fitness and/or weight loss goals are Alyssa can help get you there!
