Along with kettlebell and barbell work, they also offer Olympic Weightlifting, either for beginners or people looking to improve their technique. The energy and personality of the coaches and lifters create a great, open space to feel comfortable working out.

The trainers are kind, motivating and extremely helpful. The first week I was sore like crazy, but with the consistency of it it became second nature. I was only there for six weeks because I ended up moving really far, but in six weeks I lost the pounds and inches I was hoping to lose and I genuinely feel stronger in all parts of my body--my endurance has increased immensely. The workouts and food tips I've learned throughout my time at AB Fitness I plan to carry with me throughout my life as I work on creating healthier habits and building a sustainable lifestyle. I'm grateful to have found AB Fitness and would recommend anyone to check them out!
