CFU is amazeballs. There’s a strong sense of community, fostered by the coaches and the CFU events and challenges. The workouts are varied, tempered, and motivating, and while you work out you’re supported and encouraged by the coaches and the other athletes. It’s addictive. I go almost every day because it’s my Me Time, and I love the way I feel after the workouts! I would recommend it to everyone!! For realzzzz

Kat, one of the assistant managers, who is often behind the front desk is always going out of her way to help members & instructors with anything they need. You can easily notice the passion she has for being a part of Thrive and helping others to be healthy & active. The facility itself is very clean and offers a wide variety of machines, group classes, boxing room, tennis courts & basketball courts. It’s easy to switch up your workout whenever needed.
