Great local gym with very friendly staff and very reasonable prices. Their prices are on the website, but they offer month to month memberships with classes and equipment access or just equipment use only.
No major frills, but the machines are in good working order and they have all make muscle groups. They also have a free-weight squat press and bench, a rack of dumbbells, and some cardio equipment.
Overall a great local gym, especially if you live near Mt. Lookout square.
Personal Training A lot of my clients love to learn how to box (i.e. hitting the bag, mitts, boxing drills) as a cardio and strengthening workout and are impressed with the results. The Blair Brothers have won multiple 1st places and come up second and third. They have trained many times with Nathan Fitch and his Academy. It is a clean organized top notch facility. He trains Muai Thai and Jiu-jitsu. If it wasn't for who he is and the staff's excellent training we would not travel 3 hours plus hours just to train with him and his staff.

Great Personal Trainer!!!!!! Martin is very in tune with your goals. If you come to Martin with a goal and put in the work you will certainly achieve your goals. Those goals could be just entry level or training to an almost Olympic level. Martin has an innate ability to know exactly what level you are at and works you just above that level. He has a very pleasant personality always saying please and thank you when he shows you the exercise. Not your typical drill sergeant in the gym. He is very focused on your form and making sure you don't hurt yourself by doing something wrong. I have only been working out with Martin for 5 or 6 months but intend to keep working with him for years. If you are ready to feel better then work with Martin.

Any in-person training session is always with masks on. (Both me and my clients). Both of the yoga studios I train out of are well ventilated and only myself and my clients are in the space at any given time, and I stay at least 6 ft away from anyone I am working with to prevent infection. Any equipment is always wiped down with disinfectant after each use. Virtual sessions are also always an option.
