Son Of Siam Mixed Martial Arts
Son of Siam is a family friendly martial arts school that also has a successful competition team. We teach Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Judo, MMA.
It’s impossible to take these classes and not get fit.
Our beginner classes are our most popular classes. We run kids classes at 5:30 on our lower mat while the adults are on the top mat. We have discounted rates for Families, Military, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, all first responders, and college students.
My sons have won NAGA Expert and several other NAGA Championships. As well as 1st place in ADCC. In addition FUJI 1st place. The Blair Brothers have won multiple 1st places and come up second and third. They have trained many times with Nathan Fitch and his Academy. It is a clean organized top notch facility. He trains Muai Thai and Jiu-jitsu. If it wasn't for who he is and the staff's excellent training we would not travel 3 hours plus hours just to train with him and his staff.

One on one Personal Training, couples and groups of 3-6 . We offer 1 hour and 30 minutes training sessions. Our Trainers will be with you the whole session and we are only a Personal Training Studio. No one else is watching you and we don't have to wait on machines or other people. We start ALL of our training sessions on time. We have everything you need, ie sweat towels, bottled water, light snacks, private shower.
After looking for and trying several PT's (most disappointing) in Louisville I found Body & Soul PT. So glad I did. The owner Bruce is great and listens, yep actually listened to what I was saying about what this body can and can't do. He is by my side at each session, counting and correcting my form if I get sloppy. Bruce doesn't believe in one workout fits all (so many do) he is personable and professional. I love the small studio ambiance so much better than the large gyms where you are just one of many on an assembly line of spandex. Even when we are chatting while I'm doing reps he is always keeping track of how many reps and my form. I enjoy going and can feel my strength building with each session.

I coach on Friday nights at Kentucky indoor for Cary and I love every second of it! I have a group of 15 or so kids who are advancing at a great rate! This program, The Art of Soccer, is something new to the soccer community here in central Kentucky and something I believe can be very beneficial for any young soccer player wanting to improve and perfect their skills on the pitch.
So let me tell you bout this gym.I joined a month ago because I was looking to compete in powerlifting and I realized I needed some guidance. A friend of a friend trained here so I went to check it out.Do you dream of a gym with no mirrors and chalk everywhere? Of inzer belts, deadlift platforms and squat racks as far as the eye can see? Of people who will pump you up, spot you whenever and push you to do better? Then look no further my friend, because Everyday Athletes is your dream come true.Oly lifting, powerlifting, CrossFit and strongman under one roof. Passionate and knowledgeable coaches. I am extremely thankful that these guys followed their dream and opened this place because without it, I wouldn’t have such a wonderful atmosphere to grow as a lifter in anywhere near me. Can we get some AC tho?!? Just kidding. Not having it is actually growing on me.
Doing a lot of cardio but not getting the results you need, that was me 9 years ago , met Jon and bodyfit and added a couple of personal training sessions per week...It will make a huge difference in how you feel.Give it a try.

Highly recommend. - I have been going to classes at Rough Hands for a few months now - both BJJ and Krav. I can't say enough good things about the owners/instructors - they are definitely invested in their clients and tailor each class specific to who shows up that day, making sure everyone is getting something out of it.
I studied under Sean Stefanic, Damon Stefanic, and James Cowherd when the dojo was named Extreme Force Martial Arts. All three men gladly undertook the task of turning me from a timid 14 year old kid weary of being jumped at school to the kid who walked down his school's halls with his back straight, head held high, unafraid, exuding a calm confidence. I realized while studying under them that there actually is a sport I naturally excel at, and it's martial arts. I entered standing 5'7" and weighing a flabby 210, dropped 25 pounds quickly, and then gained 10 back in muscle, exiting standing 5'10" and 195. They taught me much more than self defense and how to fight; they taught me the finer points of honor, courage, discipline, perseverance, and respect, among much more. Although I was unable to fulfill my promise to return after college to get my black belt (I deeply regret that I was unable to, life took me down an unexpected path), I learned more as an advanced blue belt than I would have as a black belt at any other school. If you seek the best instruction, tournament wins, fitness, self defense, self confidence and something that is seriously fun, Sean Stefanic and Hybrid stand peerless. Kam sa hamnida, Sir!
I love working out with Holly and the ladies at Fusion. I am not the kind of person that you would ever think that you would read love and workout in the same sentence. But I really enjoy my time at fusion. In 36 years this is the first time that I have stayed with a workout routine and it is all because of Holly. Awesome trainer!
I have been with the trainers at this facility since it started. Since I am now officially a senior citizen, I can say that they can adjust their approach for a full across the lifetime approach. They also work very well with seniors and others who have mobility issues. They are very knowledgable as well as being real people-people. The physical plant is visually attractive as well as being well cared for - a great place.
Shine Pilates is a great studio. Lucie is deeply knowledgeable about fitness and all forms of pilates (mat, chair, reformer, etc.). Whether you're a beginner or quite advanced, she can tailor classes to suit. I've known her for 30 years... she's a real gem.
Angela is a superstar when it comes to training and motivating her clients. She is a great coach and full of knowledge about nutrition. If you do what she advises, you will see a big change in your body and mood. Being fit is more than just exercise it's taking care of the inside too. Thank you Angela for everything you have taught me. Remember folks the advise is free!
I just finished the New You Challenge (6 weeks) and loved it! Clayton, Keeanna and Jacob are fantastic coaches. I am 60 and overweight. I lost inches and weight and feel so much better. I enjoyed working out with the other participants. If there is a part of your body that bothers you the coaches will work with you and show you other exercises to do. ���
I’ve lived here since 2/17 and recently found a house. I think many bad reviews are debatable coming from people who likely challenged their responsibilities because they were violators. Nothing but a great experience and nice attentive staff at all levels. I’ll surely miss great Pool friends and Ranger will too
Ryan is super awesome, he will help you to reach your goals. He listens to you and if you have any issues or ailments that you need to avoid then he will teach you how to strengthen it and recover. He pushes you but not to a Breaking Point. A real motivator.
I set up our couples training sessions hoping that my husband would agree. To my surprise he is wildly enthusiastic about our new fitness regimen! Keith is extremely knowledgeable, very motivational, and always well prepared.
