How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Programs are designed for each individual taking into account their health & fitness history. Depending on my clients goals, I work with them one on one in a private setting as often as they choose. Communication is key and I encourage open dialogue with my clients - When I am working with clients, I not only address the physical aspect of exercise, but also the mental and emotional aspects to address the reasons the underlying reasons they may be having a hard time reaching their goals.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to be of service and to help people live happier and healthier lives. To hear that my clients can now do something that they couldn't before, because of our training together. To see the transformation that happens on the inside, the confidence, the body language and the smile. To know that I can help someone live longer and feel better mentally, physically & emotionally.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My desire to alway grow and challenge myself. Because I don't want to put a limit on what I can achieve and who I can become.
