O'Malley's Power Gym has created a space for lifters of all backgrounds and training philosophies. OPG does not discriminate against any type of training modality. With Powerlifting, StrongMan, Weightlifting, group classes and bodybuilding, we have a little for everyone.

OPG truly cares about their members and their experience!! From the time you walk in the gym, you feel the sense of loving community. Thomas takes time to get to know you on a personal level and make you feel comfortable whether you are new or been power lifting. Thomas works on personal program every day written up for you for each week to follow makes working out so much easier and enjoyable!!
Personally my posture, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance has exceptionally improved
You can also expect to build lasting relationships with fellow members as everyone is encouraging and friendly to each other!!

This is place is the best! Coming from a predominantly working out at home background, the gym was super intimidating place for me, but not here! Amanda, Thomas and Crystal are knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel like you take on anything!! Even as a newbie!! They explain everything and break down the movements so you feel confident, comfortable and safe. The classes are fun and motivating! I gave this review 5 stars because I am extremely satisfied with the whole vibe of the gym. Its open 24/7 with key fob access and there is plenty of equipment and space to get your workout done. Tom and Amanda do a great job of listening to your concerns and your goals when you come in and are always available to answer questions and help you with technique or how to perform and exercise. Tom works with me on my power lifting program. By following the program and dedicating the time, I have been very happy with my results and look forward to hitting another PR. The gym members are also great people, and offer help when Tom or Amanda are not around if you just ask. I would recommend this gym to anyone, from the novice beginner to the seasoned lifter. This gym is incredible! From the coaches to the equipment and the workouts, it is top notch! The coaches are ready, willing and able to modify any movement (which they have to do quite often for me! ).
The members are very friendly and cheer each on during the workout - there are NO egos here!! The members and coaches are like family.

I really felt like Thomas tailored my training around my fitness goals. He was a great listener and didn't try to give me some run of the mill cookie cutter programming. This gym is amazing. Both Amanda and Tom are great coaches. They are very educated on a lot of different aspects within CrossFit and Weight Lifting. They are great people to work with, especially if you are a beginner! Both coaches take the time to show you the correct and proper way to perform any movement that is incorporated in the workout. I never feel uncomfortable asking a question either. In addition, if you need to modify any time of movement, they always have an alternative that is custom to you. Tom’s coaching and personal training is unlike others, he took his time to learn and cater the training to meet my personal needs using a variety of training methods. He works one on one with me whenever I need it to validate and improve my form and he’s there to give you the push you need to meet your own goals. The gym in general has a friendly family vibe, Tom and Amanda make me feel welcomed and the other members are super friendly and helpful. Yes, our programming and coaching can be provided online. We utilize Google sheets and Wodify for our programming and communicate via text messaging/phone/Facetime.

Sanitizing equipment is provided and the facility is kept clean. Masks are encouraged if the client desires to use one.
