This gym out does itself everyday! They greet you in such away that it pumps you up to lift! It's always clean, the staff is always cleaning, majority of the members wipe things down. There's a wide range of equipment, from free weights, machines, cables, and machines you do something called carido lol. The staff will also bend over backwards to help you if you have an issue or questions. I've been a member for 4 years and they have only gotten better. I do recommend this gym to my friends and family. Cynthia & Gina are amazing and I love their classes. I did come today and did the ride class and I do not recommend taking this class with Valerie unless you are a beginner or maybe older and can’t move to fast. The class is slow pace , music super slow & not entertaining at all. Hitt & Zumba are great and amazing with Gina & Cynthia though. The employees are very nice and welcoming ! More...

They offer a variety of classes at different times to suit everyone's needs. Love, love, love the Zumba classes. Love that you pay one membership price and all the classes are included. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. And you can get on the equipment at anytime. Make sure to check out the Hydro massage chair... totally worth it. More...

I like this gym ! I love some of the classes such as the cycling one. I have tried the Zumba one ... but I feel like the music is repetitive and so are the choreographies. .. it gets boring ... to the point that I feel like the approach more the elderly.. which is great but I wish they Zumba instructors would create new stuff that includes new music... not only merengue ...
