Workouts are designed to be very playful and fun-filled. He spaced out exercises nicely, and every month he had a specific theme he worked on. Every month followed on to the next. He kept records of my performance and goals from the first day I joined right till the end. He was very meticulous about making sure I reach my desired goals, and even reminding me how far I have come. He is very disciplined, and I have learnt a lot from training with him. I had to move out of the state for my job, but kept working out with him right till the end. If I hadn't moved, I would have continued for sure. Overall the gym had a very friendly and encouraging atmosphere. I made some really good friends here. I, for sure have learnt so much in a short span of time, and he has set me on a lifelong path towards fitness. I would highly recommend PCF and the whole crew! Huge shout out to Josh, Sam, Krystyna. You guys have made this gym a wonderful place!
