How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I provide a customized resistance training program tailored around your needs, goals, and any existing injuries/conditions. I will recommend dietary adjustments and hold you accountable if you are willing.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is consistency and commitment. You don't have to kill yourself for it, but you do have to show up and give effort.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm in love with the idea of reaching our full potential. I thrive off of being a part of that process for you.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business when my children were little. Flexible hours and the ability to train from home fit into my lifestyle very well. I am very fortunate to live in Southern California where we benefit from good weather and I can train outdoors. I never saw myself thriving off of being another trainer in a gym. It just suits my personality better to do my own thing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I become pretty invested in the overall progress and well-being of clients. I will work with you to reach your goals.
In the case of in-person clients, I offer a welcoming, non-intimidating setting for those who might not enjoy the standard gym atmosphere. I'm also a great option because you don't have to pay a gym membership on top of PT fees.
For virtual clients, I provide safe and effective programing in my very affordable virtual program. I would love to supplement the program with private Zoom sessions as needed to ensure form is correct, proper weights are used, and increase accountability and adherence. I'm not a giant subscription service offering random on-demand workouts. This is careful programming designed to help you get stronger and thus tone up, and I can personally supplement it with appropriate 1:1 virtual sessions.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. I have a very affordable virtual program that clients can subscribe to monthly. It involves four workouts per week (two upper body and two lower body) and the client will need access to dumbbells. I can also supplement this program with Zoom sessions in order to confirm form is correct and ensure adherence.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I train outdoors and privately, greatly minimizing any spread of Covid. I had no Covid transmissions happen through my gym.
I also created online options at the onset of the pandemic.
