During your free session and consultation, I will show you all of the options available to you so you can make an informed decision. My #1 priority is to assist people in reaching their goals and changing their lives, and I don’t want cost to be the restraint. So, I provide a variety of payment options to accommodate everyone’s budget. To all new, potential clients, I offer a 100%-free training session and consultation. During this time, we'll have an opportunity to learn more about each other, and you'll be able to check out the private indoor and outdoor training session I work out of. Additionally, you'll get a good idea of my training style, and are able to ask questions you may have about me, my facility or anything else.
I will be by your side throughout your entire time with me to help keep you accountable for your decisions. This is a lifestyle change, for the long term, healthier you.
It's just as important to recognize that this does not mean you have to be unhappy during this process! In fact, working out should be fun, efficient and effective, not tedious or boring.
I, just like you, enjoy eating good food, having some drinks and other social things. Hiring a personal trainer does NOT mean you need to give these things up entirely. What it would all of this be for if not to have fun?
Personal training is just as much about accountability through decision making as it is working out. With me, you'll make better decisions for yourself without making life miserable. I won't stand for that.
We will be training at my 100%-private personal training facility, so you won’t need to deal with the typical “gym” nonsense. This also makes it more comfortable, and there are no membership fees.
Personal training is absolutely worth it when it delivers improved confidence, increased mobility, a sense of accomplishment, and many other positive attributes. With each pound lost, another area of your life will reap the rewards!
Naturally, results match your level of commitment. Rather than considering how much "time" is spent in the gym, consider how much effort you'll bring to it in the shortest amount of time. You have a life outside of the gym, and there's no need to spend hours and hours in it when you're with a trainer that helps with accountability and maximizes each minute we're together.
Certainly, a trainer can only do so much if you're not committed, and this doesn't mean a financial commitment or a commitment to the trainer. It means you must be committed to yourself, to want to be be better and feel better.
My clients are my favorite part, without question! They make my job fun, and I've learned just as much from clients as they've learned from me. On a daily basis, I'm able to help people, and it's not just about showing them how to do exercises. There's nothing, and I do mean nothing, more rewarding than watching someone become a more confident, vibrant person over such short periods of time.

Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and it didn't take long for me to realize that not everyone has the same passion for it. Our daily lives, such as work, family and other things can make it difficult to focus on ourselves.

I simply believe that working out is just a means to an end, and each person's "end" is unique. In other words, working out for the vast majority of people is to get..something. My job is to know what that is, to not judge what it is, and to help you achieve it.
To me, working out isn't a goal. Losing weight begins to sound like a goal, but those are very surface level goals (and that's OK!). However, the question must be asked: WHY do you want to lose weight? The answer is unique to each individual, and again, it's my job to help you achieve it, not question or judge it.
