I did the 8 month session with Shay to tone my body after I had my daughter. She was very informative, supporting, understanding, and by far the best fitness trainer I could of booked. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
No matter what I always encourage my clients! I give them love and motivation while giving them the perfect circuit training. My fitness plans are always geared and altered for the goal of the client. I also allow my clients to give me feed back and if they feel i could be doing something different I always leave the line of communication open.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
CONSISTENCY! You can't achieve your goals without the main ingredient.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people SWEAT! I've had clients tell me they have trained with other people and they never broke a sweat. I get the privilege to see my clients transform.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After the birth of my daughter, I was the biggest I've ever been!! I suffered from postpartum depression and the only thing that made me better was fitness! I figured that I can allow for my love of fitness to save anothr life just as it saved mine.
Why should our clients choose you?
When I say my fitness plans are customized THEY TRULY ARE! Not just customized workouts, but also cutomized nutritional plans, and customized to fit your budget! I have tons of online programs that will fit in anyones budget or life style. I can also provide the support you need. Some people dont just need physical training, they need to be trained mentally! Trained to think more positive, trained to change the paradigm of how they think of themselves. I give support all around which is very much needed when you are on your fitness jounery.

Switching to online was the best route honestly, and for my clients that want to meet in person i always wear a mask for protection.
