Kelsey is one of the best trainers around. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She helps with the nutrition aspect completely and you can tell she has a real passion for what she does! She explains everything with great detail so if you’re a beginner, you’re in great hands. There is no one else I would rather train with! More...
