By setting them up with a personalized plan that fits their goals and lifestyle, including custom workout programs, a nutrition plan and monthly accountability and tracking methods.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

First, set a goal. Second, figure out a realistic plan to reach that goal. Thirdly, implement that plan and stay as consistent as possible. And finally, dont get discouraged or give up if you backslide from time to time. Its part of the process. Progress is seen when you push through.

What do you love most about your job?

Feeling every day that I am making a difference in peoples lives and teaching them how to maintain the lifesfyle changes they are making long term.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Seeing how big box gyms treat clients like a number instead of a person and the lack of personal attention a "membership" gets them. I wanted to know my clients by name and really teach them to not need me!
