Working with Flex Your Gains was a life changer. During Covid, I gained so much weight that I became heavier than I’d ever been aside from when I was pregnant with my daughter. Drew provided me with sustainable meal plans and effective work out routines that I could do at home. The transformation in my body over the course of just a couple of months was drastic. I specialize with helping people over the age of 35 achieve their personal fitness goals through full programs based on the individual.

I cater to individuals that would like to lose fat and/or build muscle. You will get pushed to do what you would not do yourself, but I always make it fun for all clients! Think of it like your personal fitness party!

Option 1: Face to Face training
Enjoy a full workout space that is totally private and allows me to give you my full attention. No worrying about other people running around in a gym or waiting on equipment. Your time is always spent wisely throughout your entire session.

Option 2: Virtual Training:
Everything option 1 offers, but I train the client over a video call and make sure they are pushed, have good form and stay motivated!
