It's brings great concern when your partner who you've been with for 3 years starts acting different, staying out late than he used to, texting frequently even though he's a terrible texter even taking calls in private, I'd have to be stupid to not suspect anything right? But I endured it all still. When I decided to take action was when at a weekend hangout with family he came to me saying he had to go make a quick run for his boss and would be back in a few hours, I had went to bed the next day before he got back that night so the next day I sought a tech expert who'd help me find out who he was always talking to, I found cloud and gave him the job and he came through with results. i saw all his mails,Whatsapp,Email,Gps,Snapchat,instagram,facebook,kik,hangout,viber And Any Other Social Media Accounts, saw his deleted messages, and monitor voice call from my phone without touching his.Apparently my husband was just being busy and text history made me understand that they were slacking on sales and had to put extra effort, I just wished he had told me that was it instead of letting me worry, regardless kudos to cloudbase for saving my relationship. As weird as this might sound, I want to get inside of my clients' bodies and minds. It isn’t enough for me to see them once or twice a week for an hour and then send them on their way, where it becomes easier to make mistakes. I want to be with them every step during their journey. I want to monitor how they eat, see what they struggle being consistent with, analyze their movement patterns during exercise as well as during their daily activities, and help them fight off cravings and feeling lazy or uninspired. I want them to send me pictures of their gym or fitness area so I can program a periodized routine around the equipment that they already have. My clients should feel comfortable reaching out to me whenever they need advice, and I mean WHENEVER! Let's say that you're in a position where you have to skip a meal on your plan and you eat out instead. Imagine having a trainer that you can immediately contact to research the restaurant's menu and send you recommendations! This isn’t something that can be done with very many people, there just isn’t enough time in the day.

There are many reasons why virtual personal training is superior to the classic in-person training model. Here's just a few.

Better Value: Online coaching offers more value than traditional personal training can for much less! In America the average hour long PT session is $70. If you would like to see your trainer in person for a standard 3x a week, you're looking at spending $840 a month. This often doesn't even include nutrition coaching or meal planning. Our 12-week program is less than half that amount, for a much higher quality service.

More Accountability: Those who have struggled with keeping consistent in the past understand how important and elusive accountability is. Quincy's 5 prides itself on keeping everyone on pace by requiring meal and workout tracking, as well as being present and asking questions in our group forum. If anyone needs inspiration, you will have me as well as 4 other individuals ready to keep you moving.

No Scheduling: One of the things that I've seen severely halt a client's success is trying to schedule a comfortable time with their trainer. You're likely a busy person or you enjoy traveling, and I understand that. This method allows you to tailor your workouts around your schedule, and you won't have to worry about rescheduling any appointments.

Services

For 12 weeks, a selected 5 individuals will receive all of the services I offer, and will be able to use me as a resource anytime during the day for anything fitness or health related. Rather than me following 5 people everywhere for 12 weeks, this service is completely virtual. All you will need is your smartphone! Video assessments and coaching, meal planning and tracking, and fitness networking and accountability will be made convenient using only 2 applications. My clients will join an online mini community aimed to increase consistency and motivation, encouraging one another to keep going. This is a journey, one that is difficult to do alone, so it is important for each member to maintain a presence online.
