What do you love most about your job?

Truly educating clients to a new way of life. Watching them transform not only their bodies, but also their hearts and minds.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Being a firefighter for many years and observing first hand, the amount of obesity and chronic disease in our communities and witnessing the toll, it takes on the families and loved ones of those that are sick. I realize far more than most, that almost all disease and illness is self-inflicted and therefore preventable, if we'll take action before it's too late.

I have more experience (over 30 years) in the fitness and nutrition industry than any other personal trainer in central Texas. I specialize in all types of fitness training, as well as general nutrition, with focused expertise in kettlebell training and keto coaching.
