HIIT and Run offers all components of health coaching from working with our clients to improve blood lipids to mindset to sleep habits and of course nutritional counseling with an emphasis on keto as a lifestyle. Our fitness training includes all components of overall functional fitness, including strength, high intensity, and general cardio. One of our favorite tools for achieving full body fitness as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible is the kettlebell. As a matter of fact, we believe near optimal health can be obtained by implementing the K2 lifestyle, which involves living keto and utilizing Kettlebells as your primary fitness equipment.
