Despite the ongoing pandemic, increase in variants, and continued recommendations from the CDC, the Colorado Springs locations don’t require masks. When asked, they say that they are leaving it up to individuals. The problem with this is that if one individual chooses to not wear a mask, the risk increases for all. I tried the classes a few times but the classes didn’t work for my body. I have hardware in my back a recent fracture in my neck. I have tried to contact the owners of the Doylestown facility to discuss my situation and have them stop my membership. Nobody has returned my phone calls or emails and I continue to be getting charged for a membership that I cannot use. I think that it’s horrible that an owner of a business cannot even return a phone call. I would not recommend to anyone! Absolutely ridiculous. More...

Pure Barre uses free or low-cost “intro” classes to lock you into $170/month memberships that are *extremely* difficult to cancel. If it were up to me, I would see the entire pure barre franchise shut down. Having to make a separate account and pay separate membership fees for every studio makes it even more difficult to keep track of what you’re paying - which is exactly their goal. I used to love Pure Barre and enjoyed the classes in person. Since lockdown I signed up for GO and was happy with it. But for the last 3 months I have been trying to cancel it and my emails are ignored. The Fairfield CT studio helped connect me with a GO support person but they just ignore my emails too. I’ve reported the charges as fraud now but I am so disappointed in their service. My advice is to use the studios - they are franchises and have good service, but don’t sign up for the Go service. If anyone from GO is reading this I would really love some help canceling it and a refund for the last 3 months. More...

That app is ridiculous. Every month I have issues with it. I haven't been able to use it since 30 September 2020. It won't allow me to change studios. The studio listed as my "home" studio is a place I only did four classes, and I can't delete it. So I'm unable to access the studio I signed up at and attend classes to schedule or view classes. The app has a rating of 1.6, so Purr Barre is definitely aware of the issues surrounding it. But yet the issues continue giving the illusion that they're more concerned with money and not consideration it's Customer's TIME..... More...
