Aaron Davis
Came here opening day and have been here every day since! Fantastic environment to exercise. David has given me pointers to reach my lofty goals within my time frames. I like that gym selfies (without permission) are discouraged so I don’t have to worry about looking ridiculous in the background of someone else’s pictures. The equipment is top of the line and there are plenty of options. (I still hate cardio)

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.

I started Marinewife Multisport in 2014 as an outdoor boot camp for the local fitness crowd here in College Station. In 2016 I began offering personal training, strength coaching, and a neighborhood PiYo class. In 2016 I became a USA Triathlon Certified Coach then Ironman Certified Coach and began coaching triathletes locally and remotely. I have trained and coached dozens of athletes over the years. This business has evolved and I am truly grateful for all the fantastic folks I have met and had the opportunity to work with.
I like to meet with potential clients and have coffee. (If remote, then we do a zoom meeting). At that visit, I like to listen carefully while you tell me about your goals and where you want to see yourself in the future. We will then come up with a CONCRETE plan for you to make a positive change. From there I will design a program for you based on your needs, availability, and the kinds of workouts you like to do. I have a few forms for you to fill out that will only take about 5 minutes. If you think I am good fit for you then I put you on my calendar and I start working on a program to set you up for success. This might mean building muscle, getting faster, improving agility. I customize your program to match these goals.
Consistency is key. Here's my favorite quote:
you gotta get up,
dress up,
show up,
on time,
and with a good attitude.
This coupled with a solid nutrition program will get you where you want to be.
I love meeting amazing people who inspire me. I love seeing people improve over time with their level of fitness. I also love seeing athletes cross a finish line after months of hard work and determination.
I was at the point in my career where I didn't really want to work at a gym for someone else. I have a wealth of experience and I feel that I bring a lot to the table with my certifications, years of experience and knowledge of fitness and sports. I love working for myself.
My knowledge and experience speak for themselves. I don't feel I have to sell myself anymore than that.
Yes I can do ZOOM training as long as clients have a few sets of dumb bells, medicine ball, and bands. I find that using a ring light is especially helpful for seeing clearly! I can give you the link to get one if you are interested!
I live in Texas and right now it is not as much of an issue as it has been. For a while I only saw remote clients, but now they come to my garage gym (which is outside for the most part) or we go to the park. I keep 6 feet away from them which works out great. I am vaccinated and many of my clients are as well.
