By showing them an easier and more manageable exercise routine and nutrition plan. Our exercise routines allows our clients to train between 3 to 4 times per week max.

Being able to change someones life and enhance their health. After all, Our Health Is Our Wealth.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Angela and I have seen what an unhealthy person goes through in our families. Since we were very young, we develop this love for fitness and Martial Arts along with nurturing our bodies with smart and balanced nutrition.

We both believe very strongly people can be happier when they are healthy and at their right weight based on their high, body frame and gender.

Angela and Master Al have been in the fitness world for many years, with hundreds of transformations under their belts. Their clients learn to lose weight and build healthy muscles but most importantly, they learn how to keep it off for many years to come.

Angela is a Montclair State University graduate in Exercise Science. She was also the Varsity swim coach for Pearl River and North Rockland High Schools.

Angela is the former C.E.O of Seabeast Aquatics and Spin & Tone Studios in Rockland County. Angela is now the Co-Founder of Club Raw-Fit, where she teaches group training classes and personal training 6 days per week.

Master Al is a 2 Time Olympic Athlete and a 5 Time Martial Arts Hall Of Famer. Master Al started his martial arts and fitness career at the age of 8.

Master Al has trained over 10,000 people in both Martial Arts and Fitness. He's helped many people with their weight loss journey earning him the title of "The Weight Loss Master".
